Sleep tracker for babies

When will your baby next get tired?

Nappy learns your child's wake window and quietly shows when the next nap is due. If the day goes differently, Nappy simply keeps pace.

Today's plan

One day. One line.

Naps already taken, the moment right now, the next windows and the night — as a calm timeline instead of a table.

Wake window

When's the next tired window?

From every nap, Nappy learns your child's personal wake window and shows you when the next one is likely to arrive — a calm read-out, not an alarm.

Science

Wake windows aren't a rule of thumb.

Nappy works with nine finely tuned age brackets drawn from pediatric sleep research — not a round number. Which bracket applies is for the app to decide, blended with what it actually observes in your child.

Newborn 45–60 min awake
Six months about 2½ hrs awake
Toddler 4–6 hrs awake

About your child

After ten days, Nappy knows your child — not just their age.

That's exactly what the optional details at bedtime are for. Nappy compares your real history with what's typical for the age and finds what actually works for your child — with their name, not as generic advice.

Emma is an example child; your app shows your own child's name. Insights appear only after about ten tracked days, and only when a pattern is clear enough. Until then, Nappy would rather show nothing than something made up.
